It is formulated for compatibility with resin systems to provide excellent clarity. FENTAK® AD31906 is Aluminium Oxide free which makes it less abrasive to press plates and treater components. Addition at the recommended rate provides a substantial improvement in scratch resistance of the laminate surface for use in applications where moderate wear resistance is required. Ideally the modified resin should be applied to the paper surface in a two stage treating process.

FENTAK® UR0244 is a water based release agent for application to reconstituted wood based panels to provide release ina variety of ways.

FENTAK® UR0269 is a water based release agent for application into reconstituted wood-based substrates.

FENTAK® UR0756 is a release agent for application to the surface of wood panels to provide release from the hot press. Also prevents build up on the hot press. Low foam, ready to use.

FENTAK® UR0777 is a liquid, high solids release concentrate for mat spray applications. It is used in the manufacture of Door Skins, MDF and Particleboard.

FENTAK® UR12213 is a modified water based release agent to be used in multiple applications in Particleboard and Medium Density Fiberboard production.

FENTAK® UR12255 is a release agent for use with resin systems used in wood panel production. Can be used externally diluted and applied as a spary, or internally added to the resin.

FENTAK® UR22210 is a release agent for application to the surface of wood panels to provide release from the hot press. Typically diluted with water and sprayed directly onto the steel press belt. Contains additional press cleaning components.

FENTAK® UR32221 is a low foaming release release agent suitable for nozzle spray and rotor damping systems used in production of wood based panels.

FENTAK® UR32222 is a release agent for wood based panels which can either be used internally (added to the resin binder) or externally via a spray nozzle.
