Aqueous mold release agents for metal die casting. The product facilitates wetting of the mold at elevated temperature and forms a film with superior adhesion to the mold, which yields molded parts with excellent surface quality and increases mold lifetime. LUBARIT® 868/F is a water based wax dispersion for car care, floor care, furniture care, shoe polish, leather care, concrete release, hot forging, die casting, deep drawing, wire drawing and bike chain lubricantion.
LUBARIT® 901/A is a additive based on ester of fatty acids for wire drawing (oil based), die casting, hot forging, lubrication, form release and deep drawing agent for steel and aluminium with improved film formation and lubrication property. The additive can easily be diluted with mineral oils.
