AGITAN 100 is an emulsion with excellent stability and defoaming persistency. The defoamer is miscible with water in all ratios.
AGITAN 290 was developed specifically for defoaming of polyvinyl-alcohol (PVA)- solutions and highly acidic media (pH 0.5). Color and transparency of PVA films are not affected by the defoamer. In acidic decalcifying and cleaning agents foam is reduced significantly by AGITAN 290 allowing faster and more thorough working. AGITAN 290 is absolutely silicone-free and ashless. It is very persistent in acidic media and effective from room temperature up to 95 °C.
AGITAN 299 is a highly effective particle-free defoamer for aqueous systems.

DEE FO 1015 integrates multiple technologies to provide a complete defoamer package of effectiveness and persistence. It is a unique defoaming technology with excellent stability and high efficiency. This defoamer is also alkali and acid resistant since it can be used in a pH- range between 3 and 11.
FENTAK® TC 1550 (Black) is an opaque black water based anti-corrosion primer, which is designed specifically for application to reinforcing rod used in autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) casting.
FOAMTROL 105 is a low viscosity silicone compound that is designed to meet specific performance requirements efficiently and economically in industrial applications. It is used in non-aqueous and, in many instances, aqueous products and systems. It is readily pourable and may be used to prepare silicone-based foam preventive emulsions.
Due to its specific composition METOLAT 285 can be either used as wetting agent or as defoamer. In aqueous, alkaline systems METOLAT 285 is used as wetting agent. It also improves substrate wetting and penetration of coatings into wood. METOLAT 285 is also an oil free and particle free defoamer for solving special foam problems.
METOLAT 288 provides excellent surface wetting without generating foam. The product is free of mineral oil and silicones. METOLAT 288 improves good wetting and increases leveling, especially in low viscosity systems.
METOLAT P 530 is recommended for grinding and dispersing pigments and dyes in aqueous systems. It reduces the mill base viscosity which allows preparation of higher concentrated dispersions. METOLAT P 530 is particularly recommended for dispersing of carbon black. It acts as protective colloid in aqueous dispersions and emulsions. In the building industry METOLAT P 530 is recommended for plasticizing cement based mortars. It increases mortar density without reducing the long-term strength of the concrete. METOLAT P 530 does not influence the foam tendency of aqueous systems. It is resistant to salts, alkaline and acidic environment. It is compatible with most anionic and non-ionic additives. Cationic products may be flocculated by METOLAT P 530. METOLAT P 530 is suitable for wire drawing.
METOLAT P 588 is an APEO free wetting agent in powder form. It is added to dry blends, which are dissolved in water before application. The addition of METOLAT P 588 results in an accelerated wetting of all solid particles, including sand, cement and fibres. This results in a more homogeneous mixture of the mass and a more uniform aspect of the surface after drying. In pigmented systems METOLAT P 588 leads to a faster wetting of the pigment surface and prevents reagglomeration. Colour strength is increased and the pigment can be used more efficiently. METOLAT P 588 improves the homogeneous distribution of the pigments and prevents their floading to the surface. In powder paints the use of METOLAT P 588 prevents rub-out effects. METOLAT P 588 also prevents efflorescence („lime bloom“).

TAFIGEL AP 10 is a synthetic thickener designed for universal use in low to high PVC systems. In comparison to common HASE thickeners it shows a stronger associative thickening character. TAFIGEL AP 10 requires an alkaline pH-value (>8) for optimum efficiency.

TAFIGEL PUR 64 is a so-called associative thickener, which builds up and stabilizes viscosity by forming a framework between thickener molecules, binder and pigments. Formulations with TAFIGEL PUR 64 exhibit maximum pseudoplasticity. Viscosity is increased primarily in the low shear rate range, but without generating an elastic component that worsens the flow. The low viscosity in the high shear range resulting from the thickener results in excellent sprayability of the coating systems. TAFIGEL PUR 64 can be used alone or in combination with other TAFIGEL thickeners or with cellulose or acrylate thickeners.

It is a so-called associative thickener, which builds up and stabilizes viscosity by forming a framework between thickener molecules, binder and pigments. Formulations with TAFIGEL PUR 64 R exhibit maximum pseudoplasticity. Viscosity is increased primarily in the low shear rate range, but without generating an elastic component that worsens the flow. The low viscosity in the high shear range resulting from the thickener results in excellent sprayability of the coating systems. TAFIGEL PUR 64 R can be used alone or in combination with other TAFIGEL thickeners or with cellulose or acrylate thickeners.
TAFIGEL PUR 85 is designed as an “associative thickener” which builds up and stabilizes viscosity by forming a network between polyurethane, binder molecules and other paint ingredients. TAFIGEL PUR 85 can be used alone or in combination with other TAFIGEL thickeners, as well as with further thickener technologies. Aqueous gloss paints, thickened with TAFIGEL PUR 85 show minimal pseudoplasticity, similar to the rheology of solvent borne systems. TAFIGEL PUR 85 is recommended for use in following systems: Interior and exterior paints, latex paints, anticorrosive paints, adhesives, and printing inks.
WÜKONIL® KN 50 is an established additive for after treatment of ready-mixed and formed concrete. The treatment of the concrete surface with WÜKONIL® KN 50 improves water retention in the concrete and enables a good set. Also at elevated outdoor temperatures it is not necessary to splash water on the concrete surface or to make a covering.
WÜKONIL® RT 50 is a paraffin wax dispersion for water based coatings.
