AGITAN® 760 N is a highly effective siloxane defoamer for water reducible systems. It is particularly effective in aqueous printing inks. A non-ionic structure provides excellent compatibility with most common binders.

AGITAN® 9303 is a 3-Dimensional siloxane compound defoamer designed to lower the foam formation in the separator. The product prevents air-entrapment and improves the processing of the coating.

AGITAN® 9306 is a special composition with excellent stability and high efficiency for separator coatings. It prevents air-entrapment and leads to lower foam formation. AGITAN® 9306 improves the processing of the separator coating.

AGITAN DF 311M is a defoamer for all common solvent based systems.

AGITAN DF 6420 is a defoamer for solvent based systems.

AGITAN® DF 6422 is a defoamer for non-aqueous systems. Its special composition provides excellent compatibility and high efficiency and is free of polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). This defoamer is highly recommended for high solid systems, floorings and all common solventborne coating applications - Can be used as supplied - Easily dispersible in most organic solvents

DEE FO XKF-1B is an excellent choice for defoaming a wide variety of high gloss industrial and architectural coating applications.

EDAPLAN 397 is a non-ionic, liquid dispersing agent for pigments. It is especially designed for water-based systems, but it is also suitable for non water-based systems. EDAPLAN 397 is compatible with all common binders and shows only low foaming tendency. EDAPLAN 397 is suitable for coatings with indirect food contact. Furthermore its ingredients are biodegradable and partially based on renewable raw materials. EDAPLAN 397 is particularly suitable for dispersing organic pigments, i.e. phtalocyanine pigments. It can be used in binder free as well as binder containing grinds and pigment concentrates. EDAPLAN 397 reduces the viscosity of the grind, improves gloss and colour strength and prevents flocculation.

EDAPLAN® 9009 is a solvent-free dispersing and wetting agent with an active content of 40%. It is designed for waterborne anode slurries to disperse and stabilize active materials (e.g. graphite, Si/C) and conductive additives (e.g. CB, graphene, CNT, CNS, Ti3C2). EDAPLAN® 9009 is also suitable for Al2O3 coating layers. It reduces the viscosity and ensures the stability of the viscosity. The product optimizes dispersing/milling efficiency. EDAPLAN® 9009 increases flexibility and reduce cracking of electrode layers. In Al2O3 coating layers the storage stability is improved and the water adsorption of the separator film is lower.

EDAPLAN 9011® is a solvent-free dispersing and wetting agent with an active content of 35%. It is designed for waterborne anode slurries to disperse and stabilize active materials (e.g. graphite, Si/C) and conductive additives (e.g. CB, graphene, CNT, CNS, Ti3C2). EDAPLAN® 9011 reduces the visosity and ensures the stability of the viscosity. It optimizes dispersing/milling efficiency. EDAPLAN® 9011 increases flexibility and reduce cracking of electrode layers.

EDAPLAN® 9013 is a solvent-free dispersing and wetting agent with an active content of 50%. It is designed for waterborne anode slurries to disperse and stabilize active materials (e.g. graphite, Si/C) and conductive additives (e.g. CB, graphene, CNT, CNS, Ti3C2). It is also suitable as dispersing agent in separators for PVDF coating layers. EDAPLAN® 9009 reduces the viscosity and ensures the stability of the viscosity. It optimizes the dispersing/milling efficiency. The product increases flexibility and reduce cracking of electrode layers. EDAPLAN® 9009 stabilize PVDF in an aqueous matrix and improves the homogeneity of the coating formulation.

EDAPLAN® 9014 is a solvent-free dispersing and wetting agent with an active content of 40%. It is designed for waterborne anode slurries to disperse and stabilize active materials (e.g. graphite, Si/C). EDAPLAN® 9014 is also suitable for Al2O3 coating layers. It reduces the viscosity and ensures the stability of the viscosity. EDAPLAN® 9014 increases flexibility and reduce cracking of electrode layers. In Al2O3 coating layers the storage stability is improved and the water adsorption of the separator film is lower.

EDAPLAN® 9016 is a non-ionic, solvent-free dispersing and wetting agent with an active content of 100%. It is designed as dispersing agent in separators for PVDF coating layers. EDAPLAN® 9016 improves the homogeneity of the coating formulation and stabilizes PVDF in an aqueous matrix.

EDAPLAN® 9101 is a solvent-free dispersing and wetting agent with an active content of 100%. It is designed for cathode NMP-slurries of conductive additives (e.g. CB, graphene, CNT, CNS, Ti3C2). EDAPLAN® 9101 optimizes the dispersing/milling efficiency,reduces the viscosity and improves the storage stability. The product enhances the electrode conductivity.

EDAPLAN 9103® is a solvent-free dispersing and wetting agent with an active content of 100 %. It is designed for cathode slurries to disperse and stabilize active materials (e.g. LFP, NMC, NCA, LCO, LMO). EDAPLAN® 9103 reduces the viscosity and ensures the stability of the viscosity. The product increases flexibility and reduces cracking of electrode layers. EDAPLAN® 9103 improves the electrochemical stability.

EDAPLAN® 9109 is a solvent-free dispersing and wetting agent with an active content of 100%. It is designed for cathode slurries to disperse and stabilize active materials (e.g. LFP, NMC, NCA, LCO, LMO) and NMP-slurries of conductive additives (e.g. CB, graphene, CNT, CNS, Ti3C2). EDAPLAN® 9109 optimizes the dispersing/milling efficiency,reduces the viscosity and ensures the stability of the viscosity. The product increases flexibility and reduce cracking of electrode layers. EDAPLAN® 9109 enhances the electrochemical stability.

EDAPLAN 918 is a solvent-free dispersing and wetting agent with an active content of 100 %. It is designed to disperse organic pigments, carbon blacks and inorganic pigments for universal use in both, water and solvent based systems, including High Solids. It is ideal for the manufacturing of coatings as well as for the manufacturing of resin free pigment concentrates. EDAPLAN 918 stabilises dispersed pigments and reduces mill-base viscosity. Gloss and color development are improved and reflocculation respectively Rub Out is prevented. The product is free of organic solvents.

EDAPLAN 930 is a high molecular weight dispersing agent for solvent-based and high-solid systems. It is also suitable for water-based systems. EDAPLAN 930 is designed for dispersing organic and inorganic pigments, as well as fillers. EDAPLAN 930 reduces the viscosity at low shear ranges and stabilizes the pigments against flocculation. Furthermore it increases gloss and color strength of the coating.

METOLAT 340 is a low foaming non-ionic wetting agent for water-based systems. It improves substrate wetting and leveling by reduction of surface tension.

METOLAT 344 is a low foaming wetting agent for all common aqueous systems. The product strongly reduces the static and dynamic surface tension and improves wetting and flow, especially on substrates that are difficult to wet. It has been specially developed to increase the penetration of wood coatings.

METOLAT 348 is a low foaming non-ionic wetting agent for water-based systems. It improves substrate wetting and leveling by reduction of surface tension.

METOLAT 367 is a non-ionic, silicone free wetting agent for water-based systems. It improves substrate wetting and levelling. METOLAT 367 is specifically suitable for systems in contact with food. The product is VOC free according to 2004/42/EC.

METOLAT 388 is a low foaming wetting agent which is suitable for many aqueous and non-aqueous systems. It improves the pigment dispersion in emulsion paints especially with pigments which are difficult to disperse. METOLAT 388 prevents flocculation of the particles caused by emulsifier migration after long storage of the paint or through a mechanical or thermal shock. METOLAT 388 is biodegradable and is recommended specifically for environmental safe systems. METOLAT 388 is suitable for wire drawing.

METOLAT® 9204 is a low foaming nonionic wetting agent for separator coatings. It reduces the surface tension and improves substrate wetting. METOLAT® 9204 optimizes the surface leveling of the coating.
